Operating at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, I have delivered end-to-end change across digital banking platforms, payments, treasury, custody and client onboarding programmes. This has meant navigating tight regulatory controls, senior stakeholder scrutiny, compressed timelines, and multiple workstreams, while maintaining calm, clarity and control.

That experience also exposed me to the human reality of high-performance environments: capable professionals questioning their own readiness, struggling with confidence, or feeling under-prepared when stepping into finance from adjacent roles. Imposter syndrome, unclear expectations and lack of practical guidance are far more common than most people admit.
